What owners ask before they say yes

We employ them; you direct them. Your team member is legally employed in the Philippines by us — we are the local entity — and we handle payroll, statutory contributions, benefits and compliance — so you get all of this without setting up an offshore entity of your own. Day to day they work solely for you and report to you: you set the work, the priorities and the standard, exactly as you would with someone in your own office. You get one monthly invoice and none of the employment paperwork.

You stop, and there's no exit fee or lock-in. If someone isn't the right fit we replace them at our cost, not yours — including leave cover and permanent backfill from our existing pool.

Never. They work only for you, during your business hours, inside your systems, reporting to you — exactly like a local employee, minus the recruitment, the payroll and the overheads.

The employment side. We recruit and shortlist, then legally employ your team member ourselves as the Philippine entity and run payroll, statutory contributions, benefits, leave entitlements and local compliance. We also provide the office, the equipment and the IT. What we don't do is sit between you and your team member — the work, the priorities and the day-to-day direction are yours.

Not at all, and most clients don't start there. AI Operators are an option for businesses that already own tooling and need someone competent to run it. If you just need a good bookkeeper or admin who does the job properly, that's the core of what we do.

Your team member works inside your systems with your access controls — we don't copy your data elsewhere and you can revoke access instantly. They sign confidentiality agreements under their employment contract with us.

The free call happens this week. Shortlisting takes three to four days. We vet the candidates, then you conduct the final interview and choose. Typically someone is working with you within one to two weeks.
