Offshored was built by two Australian business owners who used offshore staff in their own companies first, then built the firm they wished they had. Since 2023 we have recruited over 50 team members, employed by our Philippine entity Australian Pathways OPC, for 18+ Australian businesses from our own office in BGC, Manila. Australian-owned, Manila-operated, rated 5.0 on Google.
Our story
Built from experience, not theory
Offshored is a privately held, Australian-owned offshore staffing company. We recruit and manage high-performing Filipino professionals, legally employed by our Philippine entity Australian Pathways OPC. They are bookkeepers, drafters, administrators, support staff and more, and they work full time for Australian businesses from our office in BGC, Manila.
Before Offshored, co-founders William Smith and Jackson Taylor ran their own Australian businesses, including scaling ventures ranked among Australia’s fastest-growing companies, and integrated remote Filipino talent into their own operations first. That experience became the blueprint: a dual-location model with strategic leadership in Sydney, and delivery run by our Filipino operations team with local HR and management expertise.
Three years on, over 50 team members support 18+ Australian businesses across construction, trades, property, architecture, bookkeeping and professional practices. Every one of them is employed properly, trained continuously and proud of where they work.

Offshored was founded in Sydney in 2023 by William Smith and Jackson Taylor, two Australian business owners who had already run offshore teams inside their own companies. Both are still hands-on: William works with every Australian client, and our Manila office is led by our General Manager, Marie Grace Olinares.

Our Australian office is at Level 7, 99 York Street, Sydney, two minutes from Wynyard station, where clients can meet us by appointment.
