Offshore staff pricing: dedicated staff from A$1,900 per month

Offshored dedicated staff cost from A$1,900 per month.

That is one all-inclusive monthly fee per full-time team member, invoiced in advance, with no recruitment fee and no lock-in contract. The bands below are the ranges we quote to Australian businesses today; the exact figure depends on the role and the candidate's experience.

Monthly fee by role band

What each offshore role costs per month

One flat monthly fee per full-time team member, 40 hours a week in your Australian hours, working only for your business. The band depends on the role and the level of experience you need. Every figure is in Australian dollars.

Inclusions

What the monthly fee includes, and what it does not

The fee is designed so that the only other cost of an offshore team member is your own systems. Everything an Australian employer would normally pay for separately is inside the one figure.

Included in every monthly fee

  • Recruitment and vetting. Our Manila recruitment team shortlists, tests and interviews before you see anyone. No placement fee, and nothing to pay until you choose a candidate.
  • Employment. Your team member is employed under Philippine labour law by Australian Pathways OPC, our Philippine employing entity, which carries the employment contract and liability.
  • Payroll and statutory contributions. Salary, Philippine income tax, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG contributions, 13th month pay and paid leave are all handled and paid.
  • HMO health insurance. Private health cover for your team member once they complete their six-month probation.
  • Office and equipment. A desk in our own office in BGC, Manila, and the computer and equipment your team member needs to work in your systems.
  • Management and HR. Timekeeping on our platform, attendance records on request, a performance check-in after the first month and then annually, and Offshored's Australian team as your point of contact.
  • Leave cover and replacement. If your team member resigns or is not the right fit, we recruit a replacement at our cost and present candidates before the handover date. If a role is made redundant, the statutory separation pay is covered by us, not you.

Not included

  • Specialist software licences. Your team member works inside your systems, so seats in Xero, MYOB, Adobe, AutoCAD, Revit or your CRM are yours to provide, exactly as they would be for a local hire.
  • Overtime and public-holiday work. The fee covers a standard 40-hour week. Extra hours or work on a Philippine public holiday can be arranged on request, with your written approval and the team member's agreement, under our Terms of Service.

Not applicable at all: because your team member is not your employee under Australian law, superannuation guarantee, PAYG withholding, payroll tax and workers compensation do not apply to them. Confirm your own position with your accountant.

No lock-in

The terms, in plain English

You should never feel trapped by a staffing arrangement. These are the commercial terms every Offshored client is on; the full version is on the Terms of Service page.

No contract term

You pay month to month. There is no minimum term, no 12-month agreement and no exit fee. Recruitment is free until you choose a candidate and sign a Memorandum of Understanding.

30 days' notice

To end the arrangement, give 30 days' notice. If notice falls part-way through a month, the following invoice is prorated to the remaining notice period. Nothing else is owed.

Invoiced in advance

Invoices go out on the 15th of each month and are due on the 30th, covering the following month. A start date other than the 1st is prorated, so you only ever pay for days worked.

Replacement at our cost

If a team member leaves or does not work out, we recruit their replacement from our Manila candidate pool and present candidates before the handover date. There is no re-recruitment fee.

Fixed for the year

Your fee does not move mid-year. Team members can make a case for a salary increase at their annual review; any agreed increase takes effect on 1 January and the fee adjusts by that amount.

Leave is built in

Paid leave is 10 days in years one and two, 15 days in years three and four, and 20 days from year five, plus Philippine public holidays. Staff work Australian public holidays unless the day is also a Philippine holiday.

Assumptions: superannuation guarantee at 12% of salary (the rate from 1 July 2025). The Australian figure leaves out payroll tax, leave loading, workers compensation, recruitment fees, equipment and office space, so the real saving is usually larger. The Offshored figure is the full monthly fee for the band. Your quote after a 20-minute call is an exact figure, not a range.

Pricing questions

Questions Australian owners ask about offshore staff pricing

Yes. Offshored's monthly fee covers recruitment and vetting, employment by Australian Pathways OPC under Philippine labour law, salary, Philippine income tax and statutory contributions, 13th month pay, paid leave, HMO health insurance after probation, a desk and computer in our BGC, Manila office, timekeeping, HR and performance management, and replacement at our cost if the team member leaves.

No. Recruitment with Offshored is free until you choose a candidate and sign a Memorandum of Understanding, and there is no placement fee or setup fee. You then pay month to month. To end the arrangement you give 30 days' notice, the following invoice is prorated to the notice period, and there is no exit fee.

Offshored invoices on the 15th of each month, due on the 30th, in advance of the work period, so payment for October is due on 30 September. If your team member starts on a date other than the 1st, the first month is prorated, and the first invoice covers that prorated month plus the second month, due before the start date.

AI Operator roles are A$2,450 to A$5,500 per month because the team member is trained and certified under the Offshored AI Operator Standard to run your AI tools and automations alongside their core role, and because the range covers everything from an AI-capable administrator to a senior developer building automations. The fee within the band depends on the underlying role and experience.

Yes, the fee is a flat monthly amount that already includes paid leave: 10 days in years one and two, 15 days in years three and four, and 20 days from year five, plus Philippine public holidays. Leave beyond the allowance is unpaid and is discounted from your December invoice. Your team member works Australian public holidays unless the day is also a Philippine holiday.

The fee you are quoted is fixed for the calendar year. Offshored team members have a performance review after the first month and then annually, where they can make the case for a salary increase. Any increase you agree to takes effect on 1 January and the monthly fee adjusts by that amount. The published Terms of Service contain no other price increase.
